Dr O'Regan works part-time, having joined the practice in 1997. She has a special interest in diabetes. She is married to a local GP and has 3 children.

Dr Richardson worked in South Essex for many years before joining the practice in 2005. She works part-time, and her special interests are in Palliative Care and End of Life Care, and Safeguarding. She is married with 2 sons.

Dr Speers joined the practice having served as an Army GP in Colchester for a number of years. He joined the practice in 2009 and works part-time at the practice. His medical interests include Orthopaedics, Urology and Minor Surgery.

Dr Dawson trained at Barts Medical school, and completed his GP training in Cambridge. He joined the Rowhedge Practice in August 2010 and works full-time.
Louise joined the Rowhedge Surgery on 2nd January 2014. Louise is a very experienced Nurse Practitioner, having originally worked at the Rowhedge surgery in the 1990s, and then moved to the Layer Surgery until her recent move back.
Sister Richards works at both surgeries. She qualified in 1988 and has been with the surgery for more than 10 years. She has a Diploma in Diabetes and is a Nurse Prescriber. She offers nurse triage at the University Health Centre, and chronic disease management and nursing duties at the Rowhedge Surgery.
Sister Ridge-Pace has worked at the University Health Centre for more than 13 years. Prior to working in General Practice, she worked in the A&E department in hospital. Much of her role at the Health Centre is spent working with patients on triage, diagnosing those patients who need seeing urgently and either managing their conditions or arranging urgent referral to the GP. Sister Ridge-Pace also runs a general nursing clinic, including travel advice, immunisations and other nursing procedures.
Sister Malone works at both the Rowhedge Surgery and the University Health Centre. Whilst having completed her Adult Nursing degree in 2016, she has worked in General Practice for 15 years.
Much of her work at both sites includes general treatment room duties, immunisations and cervical screening.
Rosie is based at the Rowhedge Surgery, and provides new patients medicals, Blood tests, ECG's, health checks and lifestyle advice.
Donna is based at the University Health Centre.
